CONTRACT #1 – US ROUTE 522 SOUTH SEWER AND WATER LINE EXTENSIONS

General Notice
Warm Springs Public Service District & Town of Bath (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Contract #1 – US Route 522 South Sewer and Water Line Extensions

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the Warm Springs Public Service District and the Town of Bath at the Morgan County Courthouse located at 77 Fairfax Street, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411, until Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 10:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Warm Springs Public Service District & Town of Bath EDA #01-79-15347 will be partially funded with federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal Laws and regulations associated with that program.

The Project includes the following Work:
The installation of approximately 10,750 linear feet (LF) of 8” Gravity Sewer Pipe, 50 each (EA) manholes, 4000 LF of 6” Force Main, two (2) pump stations, and all necessary related appurtenances. Additionally, this contract will include the installation of approximately 12,000 LF of 8” waterline, 12 EA 8” gate valves, 12 EA fire hydrant assemblies, and all necessary related appurtenances.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract #1 – US Route 522 South Sewer and Water Line Extensions

The Work will be substantially completed within 330 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 360 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day.
