  • Morgan County Health Department Form may be required 

    • Covers direct-to-consumer and nonprofit food vendors (e.g. bake sales, jams, jellies, breads, etc.)

  • Morgan County Health Department Inspection Report & Health Permit

🍷 For Alcohol Sales

  • West Virginia ABCA License

🧸 For Childcare & Daycare Services

  • DHHR Permit (WV Department of Health & Human Resources)

🏠 For Short-Term Rental Properties (Airbnb, VRBO, B&B, etc.)

  • Review and follow the requirements outlined in the Short-Term Rental Information Document and Town of Bath Ordinance 2024-03-08
