The Request for Qualifications package for the Berkeley Springs Water Works Water Treatment Plant Upgrade and other evaluation tasks are attached. This is for a multiyear Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract with the Water Treatment Plant Upgrade being the first and most significant task.
