Billing information for Berkeley Springs Water Customers.

Your water bill is based on your consumption from the 15th to the 15th of each month. The bill is generated the last day of the month and mailed. A payment is considered due at that time. If your payment is not received in our office by the 20th a 10% penalty is assessed. At that time another mailing is done to notify customers that we have not received your payment. There are 2 more attempts to notify you that the office has not received your payment before there is an interruption in your service. The first call is from an automated system. The second call is from the water staff in the office. We take every step to prevent the water being turned off. If you have not received your bill, please call the office for the amount we will be happy to help you. You can also go online to the Townofbath.org and check the payment amount by going to the payment screen and entering your account number. While we realize you would like to have the paper bill in a timely manner, sometime things are out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
