On September 17, 2025, the Town of Bath – Berkeley Springs Water Works will conduct a TEST email and text alert to customers. This is part of a new communication initiative required by the Public Service Commission under W.Va. Code 24-2-22 – Service Outage Communication Plans, aimed at keeping residents informed about water outages and service disruptions.
