Metered Parking Spaces

  • Meters take quarters only, unpaid meters will be cited for expired meter.
  • One quarter will give the meter 30 minutes of parking
  • The parking meter will only take payment up to 2 hours of parking at a time. 
  • Cars must be situated between the Meter Heads or they will be cited for Improper Parking

Metered & Non-Metered Parking Spaces

  • Cars cannot be parked more than 18″ from the curb or a citation will be issued.
  • Cars must park in the direction of the traffic flow for the side of street you are traveling on, or they will be cited for wrong direction.
  • Do not park on a bridge, sidewalk, crosswalk, in front of a driveway, or an alley.
  • Do not park within 20 feet of an intersection, where prohibited by sign, and where there is a yellow zone or curb.
  • Do not park within 15 feet of a fire hydrant and within 20 feet of the fire house driveway.
  • Handicapped parking is available per WV State Code.

Payment can be made at 271 Wilkes Street, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411 via Cash or Check. For Credit Card Payments See Secure Citation Pay Portal at bottom.

Note: On weekends there is a mail slot on the door for cash or check payments.

Credit Card Fee: 2.95% (minimum $2.00)

  • E-Check Fee: Flat $2.30

  • These fees are charged by Point & Pay, a secure third-party processor.

  • The Town of Bath does not collect or refund processing fees.
