The Town of Bath Cemetery Management & Maintenance Incorporated (TBCMMI) is seeking to appoint a secretary to its board. This is a volunteer position. The TBCMMI is a charitable organization, which oversees Greenway Cemetery in the Town of Bath. The board’s work is done on behalf of the Town Council for the Town of Bath.

The board is seeking to elect a qualified candidate. The TBCMMI’s Secretary shall

• attend a regular monthly meeting;

• write Minutes for each meeting;

• assist with communications between board members, town council, and the pubic;

• participate in the decision-making of the board involving priorities, projects, and finances of the TBCMMI;

• assist with recordkeeping related to burials in Greenway Cemetery; and

• assist with the work of projects of interest to the secretary that have been approved by the TBCMMI board.
