If you have received a citation for which your court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday, January 19, 2022.   It appears that court may have to be canceled because of a substantial snowstorm forecast for Sunday/Monday.  Monday is a holiday and Town of Bath offices will be closed.  Please call on Tuesday, January 18, at (304) 258-1102, to confirm whether court will be held on Wednesday.  Please leave a message with your name and phone number.  If court is canceled, your court appearance will be scheduled for February 16 at 9 am.
